My cat, Clouseau,( yes, after Inspector Clouseau from Pink Panther fame) sleeps in unusual positions. This feline has no body issues or insecurities. What's that like?

My cat Sprite never looks so unrefined. She's like a Sphinx, upright with her tail wrapped around her side, staring straight ahead. Hardly ever bares her belly for rubbing.
Theres a cat on my street who sleeps in really weird positions too. In fact he's been out by the road for a few days now in the same awkward position. I don't know how he does it.
